Aggies land elite portal WR Concecpion

NC State wide receiver KC Concepcion committed to Texas A&M Sunday morning. He is the No. 5 player in the Transfer Portal, according to On3.

Concepcion visited Alabama and Colorado, and was predicted by On3 to land with the Crimson Tide. Instead, he’ll play for Mike Elko’s squad in 2025.
Concepcion was a three-star recruit out of Chambers High in Charlotte, NC. He earned Freshman All American honors in 2023 when he exploded on the scene with 71 receptions for 839 yards and ten touchdowns. He took a step back as a sophomore as the Wolfpack struggled to a 6-7 record, finishing with 53 receptions, 460 yards and six touchdowns.
Concepcion becomes the ninth pickup by the Aggies in the transfer portal and gives them the No. 9 transfer class according to 247Sports.
He will have two years of eligibility remaining.
