Sarkisian optimistic about RB Jaydon Blue’s injury

Following Saturday’s game against Arkansas Texas running back Jaydon Blue was seen in a sling.
On Monday head coach Steve Sarkisian addressed the injury during his press conference.
“I think Blue is good, you know,” said Sarkisian. “Like I said, he went with us today and worked this morning. We’ll see how it goes.”
The 5-foot-9, 192 lbs. junior is second on the team this season with 90 carries for 459 yards. However, he leads the Longhorns in rushing touchdowns with five through 10 games and has been a weapon catching the football as well adding 263 yards receiving with three more scores.
He had arguably his best game of the year this Saturday against Arkansas racking up 102 yards of total offense on just 17 touches.
Texas is off to their second straight 9-1 start to the season and hosts Kentucky this weekend in Austin.
