Arkansas has landed a big get in the transfer portal, signing Montana State tight end Rohan Jones.
Jones just finished his most productive season yet at Montana State in 2024. On the year he recorded 30 receptions for 470 yards and nine touchdowns. He also helped lead the Bobcats to the 2024 FCS National Championship.
He becomes the 20th player the Hogs have signed during the December portal window and will help fill the offensive hole left by former Arkansas tight end Luke Hasz, who transferred to Ole Miss last month. Arkansas lost 31 players in the portal, which is the most in the SEC. However, their 21 signees gives them the second most portal additions in the conference.
Rohan is a three star recruit in the portal but was a no star recruit out of high school from Montreal. He becomes the 16th player rated a three star or higher in this portal class for Arkansas.
