Weekdays 7AM-10AM
Off The Bench is a fun, fast moving sports and pop culture morning show where our SOLE GOAL is to put YOU in a good mood on your way to work. As the great philosophers Blink 182 once said, “Work Sucks, I know.” Thus if we can make your day suck just one iota less because you had some great laughs and learned a thing or two about LSU, the Saints, the Pelicans or any of your other favorite local sports teams, then we consider that an honest and successful days work. Plus, there are plenty of juvenile puns and sex jokes.

LAB Young Professional of the Year 2024: T-Bob Hebert
Off the Bench – Host
T-Bob Hebert has been called the hardest working man in radio. Born in 1989 into almost no adversity with a silver spoon upbringing as the son of the founding father of the Who Dat Nation Bobby Hebert, T-Bob has parlayed his nepo baby upbringing into a career that allows him to talk about his favorite things in life. Sports, Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, and immature humor. A two-time winner of the Jeff Boss Unsung Hero award while playing football at LSU, T-Bob has managed to make a life out of being pretty good, but not great. He married his first ever girlfriend and they now have 3 amazing children and they are the sole joy in his life. (and the thing that makes working under Matt Moscona bearable.)
Off the Bench – Host
One of the most beloved former athletes in LSU history, Jacob Hester joined 104.5 ESPN Baton Rouge in 2018 and teamed up with T-Bob Heber on “Off the Bench” in 2020. Hester was a running back on the 2007 national championship team and played five NFL seasons with San Diego and Denver. His on-field experience and broadcasting chops have made him a star in sports media. Hester is also a host across multiple shows on Sirius/XM. Jacob and his wife Katie have five children and reside in Baton Rouge.
