Matt Moscona
After Further Review – Host
Matt Moscona is the award-winning host of “After Further Review with Matt Moscona,” the most decorated sports talk radio show in Louisiana history.
Born in New Orleans, Moscona has spent much of his life in Baton Rouge as a Catholic High and LSU alum. His radio career began in 2003, while a student at LSU. With experience in news talk, rock, soft rock and Top 40, Moscona has hit just about every format on the radio dial.
In 2010, Moscona made the jump to Guaranty Media to launch 104.5 ESPN Baton Rouge as the afternoon drive host of the upstart station and has anchored the lineup ever since. In addition to his radio duties, Moscona also serves as Program Director and has overseen the growing media portfolio which includes eight hours of daily, state-of-the-art video production and oversees LouisianaSports.net.
Moscona, his wife Erika and son Drew reside in Baton Rouge.
Matthew Musso
After Further Review – Audio Producer
Matt Musso was born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and is a proud graduate of LSU’s Manship School of Mass Communication. He has served as the producer of After Further Review since 2019, contributing to show prep, guest booking, and keeping the broadcast running smoothly.
In addition to his role on AFR, Musso co-hosts the Eagle 98.1 Gameday pregame show during football season and hosts his own daily podcast, Musso at the Box, covering LSU baseball.
In 2024, he received an LAB Award for Best Radio Promotion. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending social events, and relaxing at the beach.
Paul O’Neill
After Further Review – Video Producer
Paul O’Neill has been a key part of Guaranty Media since 2018, serving as the video producer for After Further Review on 104.5 ESPN Baton Rouge. He now leads the video team as OTT Video Manager, overseeing all of 104.5 ESPN’s YouTube channels and post-production video content.
A proud graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University, Paul brings nearly 15 years of media experience to his role, covering everything from major local weather events to LSU national championship teams. In 2024, he was honored as the inaugural Louisiana Association of Broadcasters Producer of the Year and has produced numerous award-winning videos for Guaranty Media.
Paul lives in Central with his wife, Samantha, and their daughter. He enjoys traveling with his family in his free time.
