Hunt Palmer graduated from the Manship School of Mass Communication in 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in print journalism.
He covered the LSU football, basketball and baseball beats as the Senior Writer for Bayou Bengals Insider from 2011-2014. Since 2017 he’s hosted the pre and postgame shows for the LSU Sports Radio Network’s football broadcasts. In 2021, Palmer began his time with 104.5 ESPN Baton Rouge, hosting the 1-3p slot Monday through Friday.
A native Shreveporter, Hunt is married to Alissa, and they have two sons, Myers and Keller.
Jordan Kitchens
The Hunt Palmer Show – Audio Producer
Jordan Kitchens is a dynamic media professional born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. He joined Guaranty Media in January 2024 and currently serves as the producer for Live at Lunch on 104.5 ESPN Baton Rouge.
A graduate of Southern University and A&M College with a degree in Mass Communications, Jordan brings energy and creativity to every project. He is the co-host of the Respect YA Buddy podcast alongside Devin Snow (HoldTheMayo) and also covers the New Orleans Pelicans for 104.5 ESPN through The Pelicans Scoop.


Cassi Speziale
The Hunt Palmer Show – Video Producer
Cassi Speziale is a Video Producer for The Hunt Palmer Show, where she manages live video production for the daily midday broadcast and repurposes show content into engaging one-minute clips for social media. She also designs custom thumbnails and graphics to support segment promotion on YouTube, contributing to the show’s digital growth and audience engagement.
A May 2025 graduate of Louisiana State University, Cassi holds a degree in Mass Communications with a concentration in Digital Advertising. She is highly proficient in the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, with expertise in Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Audition.
In 2025, Cassi was honored as the Louisiana Association of Broadcasters Student Broadcaster of the Year, an award that reflects her dedication, creativity, and impact in the broadcast media space.
