With Jacob Hester and Matt Flynn
Weekdays 7Am-10AM
Need a jolt stronger than your morning coffee? Wake up with Off the Bench, where former LSU and NFL players Jacob Hester and Matt Flynn bring the energy, the chaos, and just enough science to make you question your life choices.
Every weekday from 7 to 10 AM, Hester and Flynn smother and cover everything from LSU football, baseball, and basketball to the Saints, the Pelicans, and whatever weirdness the sports world threw at us overnight. It’s a full Louisiana sports breakfast with a side of SEC flavor and a drizzle of pop culture nonsense.
Think: sports talk meets group chat.
So whether you’re headed to work, school, or just pretending to be productive, buckle up, grab your morning beverage of choice, and let the boys get you right.
