Former Florida WR Kadarius Toney arrested

Kadarius Toney was arrested last week over allegations that he strangled a woman. The news was first reported by TMZ Sports. 

According to police documents, Toney was involved in an altercation with a woman at a Georgia residence last month. The former two-time Super Bowl champion and first round pick allegedly strangled the woman until she was unable to breathe. He then took her phone so she was unable to call 911 for help. 

Toney was arrested in Douglas County on Feb. 6 on two counts, with bond set at a total of $50,000. The former Gator superstar most recently played with the Cleveland Browns last season. However, he only played in three games with the team.
