LSU-Alabama 4/17 start time moved

The first game of LSU and Alabama’s three game series will be played at 7:00 on Thursday, April 17.
It was initially scheduled for 6:30 streaming on ESPN+. ESPNU has picked up the game now which created the time shift.
The series is Easter weekend, so six of the eight SEC series, including Alabama at LSU, will be played Thursday to Saturday.
The Tigers and Tide are off to strong SEC starts after three weekends. LSU is 7-2, and Alabama is 25-4 overall, 6-3 in league games.
LSU is set to play in four Thursday to Saturday SEC weekends in 2025.
