Texas Tops Newest AP Poll

The week four AP Poll was released Sunday, and there is a shakeup at the top. Nine total teams from the conference are ranked including six in the Top 7.
The Texas Longhorns earned the No. 1 ranking. Despite losing starting QB Quinn Ewers in the first half of Saturday night’s game vs UTSA, the Longhorns didn’t miss a beat. Backup Arch Manning scored five touchdowns and led Texas to a 56-7 win. Meanwhile, UGA struggled mightily at Kentucky which also helped lead to the change at the top.
Elsewhere, Tennessee moved up one spot to No. 6 and Texas A&M re-entered the rankings at No. 25. Here’s where every team was ranked in the latest poll.
