Marchese may not seem like someone garnering a ton of buzz considering his star ranking. However, the rising senior from Cartersville, Georgia, had offers from 25 other Power Four programs. That list included programs such as Georgia Tech, Auburn, and Penn State.
Marchese finished his junior season with 44 catches, over 1,000 yards receiving, and 11 touchdowns. He became the sixth pledge for the UGA class in the 2026 cycle that currently ranks No. 12 nationally, according to the On3 Team Rankings.
