Missouri kicks off its 2024 season against Murray State on Thursday night. To help get the fans ready Eli Drinkwitz did something unique at his live coach’s call-in show on Tuesday night.
He sponsored a $1,000 bar tab for everyone who showed up.
The event was dubbed “Drinks on Drink”, and the first $1000 of beverages purchased were bought by the head coach himself.
For whatever reason Drinkwitz has been a polarizing person in the SEC and College Football coaching world. But, make no mistake about it, this was awesome. Cheers.
