Falcons help Greg Brooks Jr. fulfill NFL dream

Greg Brooks Jr. was able to live his NFL dream thanks to the Atlanta Falcons.

In a feature piece documented by ESPN, the former LSU safety was hosted by Falcons head coach Raheem Morris and his wife Nikki for a day at the team’s facility. Nikki Morris saw an interview with Brooks on The Pivot with Ryan Clark and came up with the idea.

Brooks suffered complications from a brain tumor that required emergency surgery in 2023, ending his football career. Prior to that, he played in 50 career games with 45 starts during his three seasons at Arkansas and two with the Tigers.

During his visit with the Falcons, his former Arkansas teammate Feleipe Franks presented Brooks with his own Falcons jersey signed by members of the team.

In July, Brooks announced his engagement to his longtime girlfriend, Kurstin Robinson.
