LSU is ranked again.
After falling from the polls three weeks ago, the Tigers appeared at No. 24 in D1Baseball’s Week 8 poll. LSU was 3-1 last week with a series win at Tennessee. It was LSU’s second consecutive series win.
Ten SEC teams were included in the Top 25 with LSU and Ole Miss occupying the final slots. Texas led the way for the league at No. 2 behind UCLA which has won 23 in a row. Alabama made its debut in the top 10 at eighth.

LSU did not make either the Baseball America or Perfect Game rankings.
