The silence has been broken.
After weeks of speculation, LSU finally landed a commitment in UCLA transfer guard Skyy Clark. The former Bruin, who has also played for Illinois and Louisville, played in 26 games for the Bruins last season and started 23 of them.
He shot 43 percent from three-point range last season and became the first UCLA Bruin every to make six threes in back-to-back game. He’s also been an 80 percent free throw shooter over the last two seasons.
For the 2025-26 season, Clark averaged 11.5 points and 2.0 assists. He’s 6-foot-3 and adds depth to a backcourt that features Divine Ugochukwu and Austin Nunez..
LSU begins school in less than two weeks. That was the unofficial deadline Will Wade gave during the spring for having a roster filled out. Clark becomes LSU’s fifth public player. More are expected in the coming days.
