The 2026 class in the state of Louisiana is loaded. Tuesday morning LSU kept one member of the class home.
Kenny Darby, a wide receiver from Airline High School in Bossier City pledged his commitment to Brian Kelly and the Tigers.
Darby is a three-star prospect according to On3 and the No. 8 player in the state. LSU won out over offers from Mississippi State, Tennessee and Texas A&M among others. He becomes the fourth commitment in the class, all of which hail from Louisiana.
According to On3, six of the Top 70 players in the country are Louisiana products for 2026. Ednar Karr teammates Aiden Hall and Richard Anderson, both LSU commitments, are in that number.
