The Saints offense has struggled to get on track since center Erik McCoy left with a groin injury, but the defense is picking up the slack.
After Tyrann Mathieu turned away a red zone threat with an interception in the end zone, Carl Granderson continued his hot start with a strip sack of Jalen Hurts.

The tunover came just after the Eagles had converted on fourth down in Saints territory. Granderson already has five tackles, 1.5 sacks and 2 tackles for loss in addition to the forced fumble in the first half.
