Alabama has reportedly agreed to make Courtney Morgan the highest paid front office staffer in college football
According to reports by 247Sports, Morgan will earn an average of $825,000 annually on his three-year contract. He joined Kalen DeBoer’s staff sat Washington two years ago and assisted in building the College Football Playoff runner-up before transitioning to Alabama when DeBoer got the job. Morgan was DeBoer’s first hire as Crimson Tide head coach.
Alabama currently has a 2025 signing class ranked second in the country by On3. The class features 20 commitments including four five-star prospects.
ESPN has reported that Southern Cal showed interest in Morgan over the summer. Alabama responded with the salary increase.
