Matt McMahon and LSU basketball are inching toward a Top 10 signing class.
With Two Top 75 commitments already in tow, LSU added Jalen Reece to the fold on Wednesday. Reece, a 6-foot point guard from Orlando, is ranked the No. 70 prospect in the country by On3. He chose the Tigers over Providence and Cincinnati among others.
He joins shooting guard Mazi Mosely and power forward Matt Gillhool, both of whom are Top 20 players in the country at their positions, to give the Tigers a class ranked inside the Top 15 by both On3 and 247sports.
All eyes for LSU now point toward consensus five-star Chris Cenac, a New Orleans native. Cenac is set to announce his decision by the end of November. He is down to seven schools–Arkansas, Auburn, Baylor, Houston, Kentucky, Tennessee and LSU.
LSU will host Cenac on his official the weekend of November 9 when the football team plays Alabama in Tiger Stadium
