LSU’s recruiting staff is being shaken up according to multiple reports.
Donovan Tate has been promoted to Director of Recruiting in his third year with the program, according to 247sports Matt Zenitz. He was hired as a recruiting specialist initially in 2023 and was promoted the following year to associate director of player personnel.
Tate played his college football as a wide receiver at Nicholls before graduating in 2010.
Morgan Phillips left LSU for Ohio State in August and is returning as Director of Recruiting Events according to On3’s Shea Dixon. Phillips graduated from Alabama in 2023 and joined LSU recruiting staff that August.
