With spring training approaching, one of the biggest remaining offseason decisions involves third basemen Alex Bregman.
Bregman, a free agent represented by Scott Boras, remains unsigned. Given Boras’ history of prolonged negotiations, the delay in Bregman’s free agency is not unexpected. The two-time All-Star and former World Series champion has spent his entire career with the Houston Astros but has yet to reach an agreement on a new contract.
