LSU climbed to No. 4 in the latest Baseball America Top 25 and moved up two spots to No. 7 in D1Baseball’s rankings after a series win over Alabama.
The Tigers (29-13, 12-6 SEC) took two of three from the Crimson Tide at Alex Box Stadium, continuing their strong SEC run.
Texas remained the No. 1 team in both polls after a series victory over Kentucky.
LSU heads into another major test this weekend when they host top-five Tennessee.
