Saints select Texas OL Kelvin Banks No. 9 overall

METAIRIE, La. – The New Orleans Saints have made their first selection of the 2025 NFL Draft. It’s Kelvin Banks, Texas offensive lineman.

It was a great board for New Orleans, allowing them several of their rumored top prospects. Per sources with knowledge of the situation, the team may have had upwards of four players that they loved available at the time of the selection.

Our prediction ended up being a bull’s eye.

The Saints’ next selection will be No. 40 in the second round. However, they could look to trade back up into the first round as many rumors have suggested leading up to this point.
