Wesley appeared in 38 games for the Colorado State Rams, playing both tackle and guard. Wesley allowed six sacks over his four collegiate seasons, including just one in the final two years.
The Lakewood, Colo. native took snaps at left tackle, right tackle, left guard and even played 39 snaps at center in 2018.
Wesley entered the 2022 NFL Draft and after going undrafted, landed with the Indoor Football League’s Massachusetts Pirates before making the leap to the XFL with the Seattle Seadragons in 2023.
He landed his first NFL opportunity with the Atlanta Falcons, earning a spot on the practice squad before being placed on injured reserve. He later signed with the Birmingham Stallions and joined the UFL for the 2025 season, where he started games at left tackle, left guard, and right tackle.
The versatile lineman appeared for 405 pass blocking snaps in the UFL, allowing just two sacks and 11 total pressures.
The Saints technically have 91 players now on their roster, but with second-round rookie and quarterback Tyler Shough still unsigned.
New Orleans also signed tight end Seth Green Wednesday morning, another UFL player to land with the team this offseason.
