Trey’Dez Green only caught 13 passes as a true freshman, but his presence was impactful enough to earn him 28/1 odds to win the Mackey Award, which goes annually to the nation’s top tight end.
The 6-foot-7, 240 pound sophomore also played on the LSU baseball team last season but is focusing on helping lead Brian Kelly’s Tigers to the College Football Playoff.
