LSU’s 2026 defensive line haul is stout.
Following Friday’s commitment from Darryus McKinley, four-star defensive line prospect Deuce Geralds picked the Tigers over Oregon Saturday afternoon.
Geralds, a 6-foot-1, 268 lbs., Georgia product is a consensus four-star and ranks as the No. 2 defensive lineman in the country by ESPN. He’s been a standout at Collins Hill High School in Suwanee, GA.
Over his last two high school seasons, he’s registered 27 sacks and better than 200 tackles. Ole Miss joined LSU and Oregon as finalists. Geralds’s father played at Ole Miss but is from Baton Rouge. There are still strong family ties to south Louisiana.
Geralds joins five-stars Lamar Brown and Trenton Henderson, Richard Anderson (4*), DeAnthony Lafayette (4*). and McKinley (3*) in a loaded defensive line class. LSU stands at 18 commitments and ranks in the top 10 by both On3 and 247sports.
