LSU center Braelin Moore will not return to the Louisiana Tech game due to an ankle injury.
Moore left the game on LSU’s first snap. He was rolled up from behind on a handoff to running back Caden Durham. He immediately went down and had to be helped off the field. After a five-minute stint in the injury tent, Moore walked to the LSU locker room gingerly on his own power. He was accompanied by the training staff.
Moore was replaced by sophomore DJ Chester who was LSU’s starting center last season.
After a locker room evaluation, Moore returned to the LSU sideline in his pads with his left ankle heavily taped. He was working on snaps on the sideline
When the team came out for the second half, Moore was in a walking boot and sweats.
