The Florida Gators were projected as a top 15 team going into this season. There were some in the national media who even thought they could compete for a spot in the College Football Playoff.
It’s a long season, and maybe those goals are still on the table. However, those hopes took a huge hit on Saturday when Florida lost to in-state little brother South Florida.
