Friday Night Lines: SEC Week 3 betting odds see shift

Oddsmakers have updated the betting lines for every SEC game this weekend. There’s been plenty of shifting overall, but only a handful of games saw major changes. Out of the 11 matchups, just one stayed exactly the same. For the second week in a row the Auburn game is the only game with no movement standing at Auburn -24.5.

There are some electric games and several former SEC divisional and longstanding SEC rivalries being played this weekend. And, all of them have seen the line move at least two points with two moving over 5.5 points. Despite Georgia’s eight straight wins against Tennessee, their line has trickled down from -5.5 to -3.5. Then there’s the South Carolina vs. Vanderbilt game and the Ole Miss vs. Arkansas game. Each of those games has moved by 5.5 and 6.0 points, respectively, in favor of the away team.

Here’s a look at the updated betting lines for every SEC game. 

Oklahoma at Temple  

• Opening Line: Oklahoma -26.5
• Current Line: Oklahoma -24.5

Wisconsin at Alabama 

• Opening Line: Alabama -19.5
• Current Line: Alabama -20.5

South Alabama at Auburn

• Opening Line: Auburn -24.5
• Current Line: Auburn -24.5

Louisiana at Missouri

• Opening Line: Missouri -27
• Current Line: Missouri -26.5

Georgia at Tennessee 

• Opening Line: Georgia -5.5
• Current Line: Georgia -3.5

UTEP at Texas  

• Opening Line: NO LINE
• Current Line: Texas -40.5

Arkansas at Ole Miss 

• Opening Line: Ole Miss -12.5
• Current Line: Ole Miss -6.5

Florida at LSU

• Opening Line: LSU -7.5
• Current Line: LSU -7

Texas A&M at Notre Dame 

• Opening Line: Notre Dame -7
• Current Line: Notre Dame -6.5
