Jay Johnson’s hot streak on the recruiting trail continued Monday afternoon when 2027 outfielder and left-handed pitcher Lawton Littleton pledged to the Tigers.
I’m excited to say that I will be furthering both my academic and athletic Carter at Louisiana State University. First off I would like to thank God for giving me the ability to play this amazing sport. I would like my family, coaches and teammates. pic.twitter.com/VQnJdRcHuC

The 6-foot-1, 165 pounder out of Lake Charles (La.) Barbe is the second commitment of the day and fourth since Saturday. California righty Sean Parrow picked the Tigers Monday morning.
As a junior last spring, Littleton posted a 10-2 record with a sterling 0.84 ERA. He struck out 111 hitters in just 74 innings pitched.
