METAIRIE, La. – After seeing one of their wide receivers signed away earlier this week, the New Orleans Saints have brought a familiar face back to the practice squad.
Thursday afternoon, the Saints announced that they have re-signed wide receiver Dante Pettis to the practice squad. Pettis was a later-season addition to the club in 2024 and spent the 2025 offseason with the team before being released at roster cuts.

The Saints saw veteran wideout Cedrick Wilson Jr. signed by the Miami Dolphins earlier this week after the Dolphins lost top wideout Tyreek Hill to injury.
New Orleans brings Pettis back after reeling in seven catches for 87 receiving yards and a touchdown catch this preseason.
