NEW ORLEANS, La. – The New Orleans Saints have announced their inactive players this week ahead of their matchup with the New England Patriots. The Saints are getting back a big name in defensive end Chase Young is now active and ready to make his season debut. Meanwhile, running back Alvin Kamara is also available despite carrying a questionable tag into the weekend.
Here are the Week 6 inactive players for the Saints as they host the Patriots.

Simpkins is likely to be the most surprising name, but this week will be the first time that the Saints’ entire active roster of offensive linemen is completely healthy and good to go this season. That’s not limited to the starting five, but key depth players like lineman Dillon Radunz as well.
With Yiadom again inactive, the Saints will turn to rookie cornerback Quincy Riley to start his second game at cornerback opposite last week’s NFC Defensive Player of the Week Kool-Aid McKinstry.
The Saints are at full strength at every position with every starting wide receiver, running back, tight end and offensive playmaker (quarterback Taysom Hill) available for what feels like the first time since the early goings of the 2024 season.
