BATON ROUGE, La. — Whit Weeks and Jimari Butler are questionable for Saturday’s game at Vanderbilt, according to Brian Kelly.
Weeks is dealing with a lingering ankle injury stemming from offseason surgery. Both will work out pregame Saturday and will be a game time decision.
Weeks was observed by reporters wearing a walking boot in the team facility after practice on Thursday.
“They’re making progress,” Kelly said. “I don’t want to put a guy out on the field that can’t help us.”
Aaron Anderson and Paul Mubenga are probable while Bernard Gooden is doubtful.
The Tigers and Commodores kick off at 11 a.m. Saturday in Nashville, Tenn.
