It’s been a tumultuous 48 hours for LSU’s football program. That didn’t stop Kervin Johnson from committing to LSU.
The three-star wide receiver from Tioga High School flipped form Louisiana Tech to LSU on Monday. Johnson stands 6-foot-3 and is 195 pounds. He’s had a monster senior season. He visited LSU over the weekend, received an offer and decided to make the flip.

Rivals Industry Ranking calls him the No. 58 player in Louisiana, but many believe that ranking will improve with the next update.
Johnson joins four-stars Jabari Mack and Kenny Darby as Louisiana wide receivers in the 2026 class.
Although LSU is moving on without Brian Kelly and Joe Sloan, general manager Austin Thomas and company are continuing to recruit.
