METAIRIE, La. – The New Orleans Saints are finishing up their practice week as healthy as they were expected to be.
The only player that was not present during the open portion of practice on Friday was starting right tackle Taliese Fuaga. The second-year lineman is managing a high-ankle sprain and is considered week-to-week. In his place, offensive lineman Asim Richards is expected to step in on the line.
Tight end Jack Stoll is managing a similar injury and left soon after the team finished its stretching period.
Defensive tackle Bryan Bresee was added to the injury report on Thursday with a back injury, but looked to be participating to close out the week. The Friday injury report will include more details about his game status later in the afternoon.
There is already concerning news coming out of the Carolina Panthers’ practices for the NFC South rivals. Wide receiver Tetairoa McMillan was added to the injury report on Friday with a hamstring injury.
The Panthers are expected to list him and wide receiver Brycen Tremayne as questionable for Sunday’s game. Tremayne was added on Thursday with a hip injury along with defensive tackle Derrick Brown, who is managing an elbow ailment.
