Raheem Morris favored as next NFL coach to be fired

If you’re a head coach named “Brian” in the National Football League, you better have an exit strategy.

Brian Schottenheimer is the only one left after Brian Callahan and Brian Daboll were dismissed from their posts this year.

Through 10 weeks last season, two head coaches had lost their jobs (Robert Saleh, Dennis Allen), which puts us on exactly the same pace this season.

If the 2024 trend plays out in 2025, one more coach will be canned before the end of the season (Matt Eberflus was fired during the season).

SportsBetting.ag has updated its odds for the next NFL coach fired, and there’s an odds-on favorite.

Raheem Morris, in just his second season at the helm in Atlanta, is favored to be fired next. Morris’ record with the Falcons is 11-15, and the team has dropped four straight games since beating the Bills on October 13.

Pete Carroll and Jonathan Gannon round out the Top 3 on the list, and then you get into the longer shots, including the final “Brian” at 10/1!
