Dan Quinn favored as first NFL coach fired

Eric Hartline

The NFL season is barely underway, but the hot seat is already heating up. Dan Quinn remains the betting favorite to be the first head coach fired, while Dave Canales is quickly climbing the odds board after Week 1.

Since the men coaching tonight’s game have solid job security (150/1 and 300/1 odds, respectively), we figured it’s safe to go ahead and send out the latest NFL head coach firing odds.

After Week 1, not much changed with the numbers at BetOnline Sports & Casino.

Dan Quinn’s odds shortened a bit as he remains the favorite, while Dave Canales jumps into the Top 3 with his chances moving from 10/1 to 7/1.

NFL coach firing odds are updated weekly on this page: https://www.betonline.ag/sportsbook/futures-and-props/nfl-regular-season/first-head-coach-fired
