Another Wednesday. Another “Questionable” status for Whit Weeks on the availability report.
The junior linebacker hasn’t played since LSU’s win over South Carolina on October 11 due to a bone bruise. Interim head coach Frank Wilson said on Wednesday’s SEC coaches teleconference that Weeks was dressing for practice and taking part in a limited capacity.
“Not with body weight against him,” Wilson said. “He’ll do that (Wednesday) to see how he sustains with actual weight against him.”
After practice, obviously some doubt remains.
Junior wide receiver Aaron Anderson has been banged up all season. He injured his elbow in the first half at Alabama but returned to the game with a brace. Later, he exited for good. His status for Saturday is “Probable”.
Gabriel Reliford and Tyree Adams remain “Out” for LSU, and Nic Anderson, who left Saturday’s game on a cart with a knee injury, is also “Out”.
LSU and Arkansas kick off at 11:45 on Saturday in Tiger Stadium.
