Alabama head coach Kalen DeBoer released a statement affirming his commitment to the Crimson Tide amid reported interest in the Michigan job.
“I have not spoken and have no interest in speaking with anyone else about any other job,” DeBoer said via Yea Alabama. “I am fully committed to this program and look forward to continuing as the head football coach at the University of Alabama.”

DeBoer previously denied interest in the Penn State job after being connected to that vacancy. The second-year Crimson Tide coach has been the betting favorite to replace Sherrone Moore at Michigan after he was fired amid scandal.
Alabama is preparing to play Oklahoma in a First Round game of the College Football Playoff Friday.
