TJ Finley is entering the transfer portal for a sixth time. This time it’s in an attempt to leave Georgia State and gain a seventh year of eligibility.
Finley began his collegiate career at LSU in 2020. He then made stops at Auburn, Texas State, Western Kentucky and, most recently, Georgia State. Finley suffered a season ending injury in 2024 that allowed him to only play in three games, thus giving him a potential seventh year of eligibility.
Finley saw action in seven games this past season for Georgia State. He finished the 2025 season with 1,244 passing yards, six touchdowns, and seven interceptions.
