LSU remains unbeaten and in the top two of the most prominent college baseball polls.

Baseball America and D1 Baseball ranked the Tigers at No. 2 behind UCLA. The Bruins did suffer a loss on Opening Weekend, but they swept a ranked TCU club in Los Angeles in response.

The Tigers dominated the weekend in Jacksonville to improve to 8-0.

D1 Baseball ranks six SEC teams in the top 10. Baseball America awarded the conference seven of its top 10 slots.

Mitch Light from The Athletic put out his poll Monday morning and ranked the Tigers No. 1. Perfect Game also ranked LSU first.

The Tigers will play McNeese on Tuesday night before a four-game weekend with Darmouth and Northeastern from Friday to Monday.
