Skenes among betting favorites for wins, strikeouts

After winning National League Rookie of the Year, being named All-MLB First Team and starting the All Star Game, what does Paul Skenes do for an encore?

The oddsmakers at BetOnline.ag have opened odds for Pitching Wins Leader and Strikeout Leader and Skenes is featured prominently. Only Zach Wheeler (+750) and Tarik Skubal (8/1) are projected to win more games than Skenes (9/1). The second year star out of LSU is an overwhelming favorite (4/1) to lead the league in punchouts.
