Circa Sports has released their post-Spring practice win totals. A ridiculous 12 teams are projected to win 7 or more games this season. Even more absurd is that 14 of the 16 teams have a win total projection hovering on the line of bowl eligibility.
The most notable changes were in the top half of the conference. Texas saw their total drop from 10 to 9.5 while Auburn saw theirs climb from 7.5 to 8. Tennessee’s line stayed the same despite losing former five star quarterback Nico Iamaleava.
The biggest jump? That came from America’s team – the Vanderbilt Commodores. The ‘Dores haven’t had a win total over 4.5 in any preseason over the last three years. Their original line opened at 3.5, despite last year’s success and the return of Diego Pavia. Their total increased by two full games up to 5.5.
Here’s a look at the win total Circa currently lists for every SEC team.
- Alabama 9.5
- Georgia 9.5
- Texas 9.5
- LSU 8.5
- Ole Miss 8.5
- Tennessee 8.5
- Auburn 8
- Texas A&M 8
- Florida 7.5
- Missouri 7.5
- South Carolina 7.5
- Oklahoma 7
- Arkansas 5.5
- Vanderbilt 5.5
- Kentucky 4.5
- Miss State 3.5
