Former Tiger Sydney Berzon commits to Oklahoma

Sydney Berzon will pitch in the SEC next year.
The two-time LSU all-American entered the transfer portal after LSU’s regional loss three weeks ago. Friday, she committed to Oklahoma.
Berzon’s career ERA at LSU was a miniscule 2.02. She won 52 games and struck out 416 hitters. In 2025, she posted an 18-8 record with a 2.48 ERA.
The Sooners’ bid for a fifth straight national title came up short on Monday when Texas Tech sent them home.
Berzon, a former top 15 overall recruit, has one year of eligibility left.
