Cooley (6-foot-6, 315 pounds) is a four-start recruit and No. 387 overall in the On3 Composite. The Laurel (Miss.) West Jones product gives LSU commitments from the top two offensive lineman in Mississippi for 2026. Emanuel Tucker of New Albany (Miss.) previously gave his pledge to the Tigers.
The No. 1 wide receiver in the country Tristen Keys is also an LSU commitment from Mississippi.
The Tigers now have four offensive line commitments in the class, along with Louisiana products Brysten Martinez and Jalan Chapman.
Brian Kelly’s staff continues their surge for the 2026 by adding Cooley, the 13th commitment of the class. The Tigers’ class is ranked fifth nationally.
