On February 25, College Football Conference Championship odds were opened at BetOnline.ag.
Clemson, Ohio State and Texas remain conference favorites but Utah has overtaken Kansas State as the favorites in Big 12.
Additionally, the oddsmakers have opened lines for the other conferences as well.
Some notes on the conference odds:
- Boise State is the only team that is more than a scratch favorite to win their conference championship.
- Next to Boise State the biggest difference between favorite and second favorite are the ACC (Clemson and Miami) and the Sun Belt (James Madison and South Alabama).
- The closest difference between favorite and second favorite is the SEC (Texas and Georgia).
- The AAC and Big 12 have the most teams (six) with single digit odds to win the conference.
- The Big 12 favorite has the longest odds of all the conferences with the Sun Belt second.
- Mississippi State at 500/1 has the longest odds of any team to win their conference.
