Kellen Moore still listed among NFL’s first coach fired candidates

Following a nasty little shutout at the hands of the Houston Texans, Brian Callahan has shifted into the favorite position to be the NFL’s first coach fired in 2025.

Mike McDaniel took a big step back in the odds following the Dolphins’ first victory on Monday. At one point this season, McDaniel had -700 odds to be fired first.

Two rookie head coaches, Kellen Moore and Brian Schottenheimer, remain on the list.

And for the first time ever (once this list is trimmed from the initial 32 following Week 1), John Harbaugh finds himself on the board. The odds suggest Harbaugh’s chances are even better than that of DeMeco Ryans and Jonathan Gannon, which is just silly.
