The New Orleans Saints were active on the day of the NFL’s trade deadline. The Saints first sent wide receiver Rashid Shaheed to the Seattle Seahawks in return for a pair of 2026 draft picks. Then, right at the buzzer, the team also traded starting left guard Trevor Penning to the Los Angeles Chargers for a 2027 draft selection.
With those picks, the Saints now sit with seven, potentially eight, selections in the 2026 draft and are back to having 13, perhaps 14, over the next two. But with all of the moves New Orleans has already made with the draft capital of the next three years, it can be confusing to keep track of how many picks they have.
Here is an updated list of all of the selections they have from 2026 to 2028 along with the trade details that shaped the acquired options.

- First Round (currently project No. 1 overall)
