METAIRIE, La. — The New Orleans Saints announced a pair of roster moves on Wednesday just ahead of the open portion of their first practice of the week.
The team announced that it has signed running back Audric Estimé to the active roster. The back was signed to the practice squad after the Chicago Bears game in which the Saints lost running back Kendre Miller for the season with an ACL tear.

Now, he has a strong chance to be active on Gameday against the Carolina Panthers in Week 10’s meeting in Charlotte. The Saints have entered the last two weeks with only a pair of active game day rushers.
The Saints also brought defensive tackle Coziah Izzard back to the practice squad, bringing the group back to a full 17 members.
New Orleans still has an open spot available on its active roster. With no second move made, it could be that a player eligible to return from Injured Reserve is set to make a potential return instead.
