How bad would South Bend be down if it not only lost its CFP bid but also its head coach?
That scenario is currently the odds-on favorite as Marcus Freeman has moved into the top spot on the next Giants head coach board.
Freeman’s not just a small favorite, but a -200 favorite, which equates to around a 65 percent chance of it happening.
Freeman’s odds have gone from 28/1 (Nov. 10) to 40/1 (Nov. 25) to 50/1 (Dec. 2) to 20/1 (Dec. 7) to 1/1 (Dec. 8) to the current number of 1/2.
All of the above movement is based on wagering inflows at SportsBetting.ag.
And with Notre Dame bashing the ACC this week, many are wondering if a conference exodus in other sports is in the cards for 2026. There is a prop for that below.
Giants Next Head Coach
- Marcus Freeman 1/2 (-200)
- Mike McCarthy 5/1
- Chris Shula 5/1
- Klint Kubiak 9/1
- Mike Kafka 9/1
- Jeff Hafley 10/1
- Joe Brady 12/1
- Steve Spagnuolo 12/1
- Jon Gruden 25/1
- Kevin Stefanski 33/1
- Jason Garrett 50/1
- Brian Flores 50/1
- Kevin Patullo 50/1
- Bill Belichick 66/1
- Eli Manning 66/1
Will Notre Dame leave the ACC in any sport in 2026?
- Yes -300
- No +200
